Water has Memory; it’s under the influence of which it travels. In crystal form… water reflects the power of intentions xo consuming ( fresh, clean, unstressed ) water feeds us pattern of truth… no 2 flakes are the same, we all have our own purpose… removing ones self for the indoctrination of life allows us to experience our true faith. We are at least 70% water bound by strains of informs… this is for a reason 

All good health stems from an alkaline body and sufficient oxygen at the cellular level. Anything we put in our body affects our alkalinity. This includes not just the food we eat, but also the water we drink.

Most of us are unaware we are drinking chemically polluted water.  How is this possible? It’s quite easy really. The water that comes out of the tap and most bottled waters we buy are treated and dumped with chemicals and pharmaceutical. Tap water usually comes in with a pH level right around 5.  Bottled water is no better.

We are wasting our hard-earned money buying water, not to mention all the waste involved with manufacturing plastic water bottles. Approximately 28 billion plastic water bottles are purchased every single year; almost 80% are never even recycled!

To be considered alkaline; water must contain metallic ions, generally sodium, calcium or magnesium.. Simply measuring your PH will tell if your body is alkaline or acidic but, drinking alkaline water just may help raise those levels. When the body is not balanced and too acidic, disease creeps in and attacks the body’s immune system. When the body is too acidic the body will try and become alkaline and will pull from body which is extremely dangerous.

The amount of water in the human body ranges from 50-75%. The average adult human body is 50-65% water, averaging around 57-60%. The percentage of water in infants is much higher, typically around 75-78% water, dropping to 65% by one year of age.

When water is mixed with food, it is very difficult for the acids in the stomach to digest properly. In this case, the stomach is less effective at breaking down and absorbs the nutrients from the food.

Five negative effects of drinking water during meals

2) Producing disease: The stomach may produce more acids, which could result in heartburn, one type of gastric acid reflux disease. Drinking water will weaken the gastric acid that the stomach produces. People who have low gastric acid, it will also lead to incomplete digestion.

3) Interrupting the work of the saliva: Another way to help the stomach digests better is the saliva. If water enters while eating, it will do the digesting instead of the saliva. According to studies, saliva will not only help the food digest fasters, but also kills germs while people are chewing.

4) Feel weak and tired: People who drink water during meals, they could also feel weak and tired especially after a meal that contains a lot of carbohydrates and fats because of the contracting of the stomach muscles.

5) Increase of blood sugar and gas problems: Other problems that could develop while drinking water during meals are increase of the blood sugar and gas problems.

>>> the best time to drink water is before meals or at least one hour afterward. If people plan to drink water before a meal, it is best to drink at least 10 to 15 minutes before the meal starts. Drinking water before meals will also help wash out all the leftovers and acids in the stomach before new food enters.
