pH stands for Potential Hydrogen
pH stands for Potential Hydrogen and refers to acid-base balance. A pH of 7 is neutral, while a pH of below 7 is acid and above 7 alkaline. A healthy blood pH is 7.3, while our skin should be an acidic 5.5. Because of the toxins in crap-filled food, skincare products and our environment, the pH of both our blood and our skin is thrown out of whack.
